Data Deletion Request
We respect your privacy. Below are instructions on how to delete your Memory AI data and account.
Method 1: Delete in the App
The fastest and simplest way
You can delete your account directly in the Memory AI app by following these steps:
Open the Memory AI app
Log in to your account if you haven't already.
Go to Settings
Tap the settings icon in the top right corner of the screen.
Tap on your user information
Select your account information at the top of the settings page.
Select "Delete Account"
Scroll down and tap the red "Delete Account" button.
Confirm your request
Confirm your account deletion request.
Important Notice
- âĸ All your data will be deleted after 14 days from the request.
- âĸ During these 14 days, if you log back in to the app, the deletion request will be cancelled and your data will be restored.
- âĸ After 14 days, data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Method 2: Send an Email Request
For cases when you cannot access the app
If you cannot access the app or want to request data deletion via email, please send an email to the following address:

- Email subject: "Memory AI Data Deletion Request"
- The email registered with your Memory AI account
- Confirmation that you want to delete all your data
Processing Time
Email deletion requests will be processed within 3-5 business days. We will send a confirmation email when completed.
